About Killian

Killian has been part of the Finance Solutions team since 2014. He is a Financial Advisor and certified with APAs. Killian has spent the last 13 years as a mortgage broker and 13 years before that he was in retail banking. He is extremely hardworking and puts in long hours to help clients achieve their goals.

Clients have described Killian as “knowing the business inside out” and being “extremely helpful and flexible with meeting times”. Killian says he realises that his clients are normal people with hectic lifestyles. As a result, he makes an effort to contact them and meet them at times which suit them and not just regular business hours.

Outside of the office Killian loves all types of sport and is particularly passionate about strength and conditioning.

He enjoys the Finance Solutions work environment as he feels it is the perfect combination of both a relaxed office and a team who have a brilliant work ethic.

   Found Killian on a thread on the website Boards.ie that was worshipping him on how he helped everyone with nearly every aspect of their mortgages. Decided to get his help and he did not disappoint. During the purchase of our house we came across uncontactable estate agents, dodgy valuers, half-ars*d surveyors & solicitors that couldn't talk to each other. Killian was always quick to reply, explain mortgage information simply and was just so straightforward to deal with. He will limit the amount of grey hair you generate and will also prevent several arguments that you will no doubt have with your partner during the purchase process. I cannot recommend him enough.

   Where to begin with our journey?! We first met Killian as two naive first-time buyers in 2007, and it was a pleasure and very straightforward to deal with him then. Fast forward 12 years, and we found ourselves relocating back to Ireland after several years in the UK with a small family in tow. Killian handled the extra nuance of returning to Ireland with his usual calmness and efficiency. No question was too small and the service provided so speedily and effectively was superb. We are now moving into our new home, and are feeling very settled as a result.    Not quite sure what would be involved since one of us is self employed we decided to use a Broker. Recommendations pointed us in Killian's direction. Fast forward a few months and we are sitting in our lovely home thinking how lucky we are that we were able to pounce as soon as this came on the market. A few holdups anywhere along the line and we would have missed the boat. Killian took all the heavy lifting out of the process and just gave us a step by step breakdown on the documents that were required. He also steered us in the right path when it came to choosing a great interest rate.
